1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LonxHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

LonxHub is a social media management and CRM platform that enables businesses and agencies to schedule posts, manage social accounts, track leads, and manage their social inbox.

3. User Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account
  • Login credentials may not be shared with third parties outside your team

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payments are processed via PayPal in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Upgrades are prorated for the remaining billing period
  • Payments for elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

  • Post misleading, abusive, or illegal content
  • Violate the policies of social media platforms (Meta, Twitter, etc.)
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to breach the platform or other accounts
  • Resell the service to third parties without prior written consent

6. Connected Social Accounts

By connecting social accounts, you grant us permission to publish and manage those accounts on your behalf according to your settings. You remain solely responsible for all published content and compliance with each platform's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform (code, design, trademarks) are owned by LonxHub. Content you publish remains your property — you grant us only the permissions necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide a reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from the use or unavailability of the platform.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with prior notice where possible.
